Originally composed in simple A-B-A form for piano in 1977, "Processional" was expanded to its present A-B-A-C-A-B-A form a couple of years later for a college orchestration class project. Further developed in 2007, it became an excellent orchestral ceremonial march that is enjoyable to perform and will delight audiences.
Instrumentation: Flutes 1-2, Oboes 1-2, Bb Clarinets 1-2, Bassoons 1-2, F Horns 1-2-3-4, C Trumpets 1-2-3 (Bb parts available upon request), Trombones 1-2, Bass Trombone, Tuba, Timpani, Percussion, Chimes, Violins 1-2, Viola, Cello, Bass.
